Spiders

Do you think if you suck a spider up in a cannister vacuum it dies? Man I hope so! Today while supervising lunch and getting some dinner preparations done I notice something moving on the ceiling above me. Oh yikes, a spider! Drat! It was in one of those spots that if I could have made contact with it, it would have undoubtedly fallen on me. NO THANK YOU! So I did what any spider fearing person does, with there is no spider slayer standing at the ready. I stunned it with some lime flavored Windex and ran to get my cannister vacuum. It was still in the same spot (good job lime Windex!) and sucked it up. I am hoping that the force of the vacuumed pulled it's legs off or killed it some way. That's what I'm telling myself anyway. I piled some more dirt and grime from the kitchen floor on top of it, just in case. It's probably nibbling on the numerous crumbs in there, growing stronger and planning to come out and avenge it's shining/vacuuming.

Oh well, it can thank me later for the lovely sheen it now has, along with the lovely fresh lime scent.
